Space Availability - Moody Medical Library

Group Study Rooms are for UTMB students only and are intended for collaborative group study.

Group study rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Library. Rooms are equipped with a table, chairs,and a white board (dry erase markers/eraser available for checkout at the Information Desk on the 2nd floor).

• Study rooms can be used by 2-4 people for up to 4 hours at a time.  At least 2 students should be in the room for the majorityof the checkout period.
• An individual can only reserve 4 hours in a day.
• If a reserved room is not claimed within 15 minutes of start time, the entire reservation will be canceled and the room will be made available for walk-ins or reservations.
• Rooms should not be left unattended for more than 30 minutes. Unattended rooms will be made available to other groups.

Study rooms are intended for group use. If you are alone using a room, you may be asked to leave if a group requires a room.
